Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Your return request must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Products must have been purchased directly from SupplementSuperstore.com.au.
Important Note About Third-Party Purchases
Products not purchased directly through SupplementSuperstore.com.au are not eligible for returns or refunds through our store. If you purchased from a third-party retailer, please contact them directly for return or refund assistance.
Items Excluded From Returns
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products.
- Gift cards.
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty).
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return for purchases made directly through Supplement Superstore:
- Contact us at orders@supplementsuperstore.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
- Once approved, ship the item back to the provided address.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item (in which case shipping will be reimbursed).
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged.

- Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt at orders@supplementsuperstore.com.au. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, including reimbursement of shipping costs.
