Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Your return request must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Products must have been purchased directly from SupplementSuperstore.com.au.

Important Note About Third-Party Purchases

Products not purchased directly through SupplementSuperstore.com.au are not eligible for returns or refunds through our store. If you purchased from a third-party retailer, please contact them directly for return or refund assistance.

Items Excluded From Returns

The following items cannot be returned:

Opened or used products.
Gift cards.
Sale or clearance items (unless faulty).

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return for purchases made directly through Supplement Superstore:

Contact us at orders@supplementsuperstore.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
Once approved, ship the item back to the provided address.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item (in which case shipping will be reimbursed).

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt at orders@supplementsuperstore.com.au. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, including reimbursement of shipping costs.
