Caruso's Vaginal Care Probiotic is an AUST L listed (463570) targeted probiotic formula developed specifically to support vaginal microbiome health. The formula contains two clinically trialled Lactobacillus strains plus Lactobacillus crispatus (LBV 88) — probiotic strains that are naturally present in the healthy vaginal microbiome. The vaginal microbiome is dominated by Lactobacillus species under healthy conditions, which produce lactic acid to maintain an acidic pH (typically 3.8–4.5). This acidic environment inhibits the growth of pathogenic bacteria and yeast, provides a protective barrier and supports immune defence. Disruption of the vaginal microbiome — through antibiotic use, hormonal changes, sexual activity or dietary factors — can reduce Lactobacillus populations and compromise this protective environment. Supplementing with the specific Lactobacillus strains naturally found in the vaginal microbiome helps restore and maintain this balance.

How To Use Whey Protein
The Classic Peanut Butter Banana Protein Smoothie
Prep time: 2 minutes | Servings: 1
Ingredients
- 1 scoop (approx. 30g) vanilla or chocolate whey protein powder
- 1 medium banana (frozen is best for a creamy texture!)
- 1 tbsp peanut butter (or almond butter)
- 1 cup (240ml) milk of your choice (dairy, almond, or oat work great)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- Optional: A dash of cinnamon or a handful of spinach (you won't even taste the greens!)
Instructions
- Add the liquids first: Pour your milk into the blender. Adding liquid first prevents the protein powder from getting stuck to the bottom of the blender jug.
- Add the rest: Drop in the whey protein powder, frozen banana, peanut butter, and ice.
- Blend: Blend on high for 30 to 45 seconds until completely smooth and creamy.
- Serve: Pour into a tall glass and enjoy immediately.
