The Vantage Strength Dip Belt is constructed from lightweight, durable neoprene with a 210mm wide back panel for comfort and support during weighted bodyweight exercises. The belt features a 780mm fully adjustable heavy-duty metal chain with a secure snap hook attachment, allowing you to load weight plates or a dumbbell to progress beyond bodyweight resistance on dips, pull-ups and chin-ups.
Weighted dips and pull-ups are foundational movements for developing upper body strength in the chest, triceps, back and biceps. The dip belt makes it possible to apply progressive overload to these movements in the same way you would with barbell or machine exercises, enabling continued strength development once bodyweight alone no longer provides sufficient stimulus.
The neoprene construction is gentle against the lower back and hips during use, and the belt is compact enough to store easily in a gym bag. It is compatible with standard weight plates and most adjustable dumbbells. Suitable for all fitness levels as a long-term piece of training equipment.
How To Use Whey Protein
The Classic Peanut Butter Banana Protein Smoothie
Prep time: 2 minutes | Servings: 1
Ingredients
- 1 scoop (approx. 30g) vanilla or chocolate whey protein powder
- 1 medium banana (frozen is best for a creamy texture!)
- 1 tbsp peanut butter (or almond butter)
- 1 cup (240ml) milk of your choice (dairy, almond, or oat work great)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- Optional: A dash of cinnamon or a handful of spinach (you won't even taste the greens!)
Instructions
- Add the liquids first: Pour your milk into the blender. Adding liquid first prevents the protein powder from getting stuck to the bottom of the blender jug.
- Add the rest: Drop in the whey protein powder, frozen banana, peanut butter, and ice.
- Blend: Blend on high for 30 to 45 seconds until completely smooth and creamy.
- Serve: Pour into a tall glass and enjoy immediately.
