• Zombie Labs Cross-Eyed Pre Workout, 40 serves: a high stimulant pre workout built for energy and focus, with bold flavours like Toxic Tropic and Gruesome Grape. Your second option for the alternate days.

How to use it

• Rotate: use Per4m and Cross-Eyed on alternating training days, or switch week to week.
• Dose: 1 serve of one product 20 to 30 minutes pre training. Start with half a serve if you are new to high stim formulas.
• Never double up: do not take both products on the same day, and avoid other caffeine sources on training days.

Who it suits

Regular trainers who use a pre workout most sessions and want variety in flavour and feel. Not for late night trainers or anyone sensitive to stimulants.
