RAW CBUM Essential Pre-Workout is formulated around four key active ingredients: 4g of L-citrulline to support nitric oxide production and blood flow, 3.2g of beta-alanine to buffer lactic acid during high-intensity sets, 2g of L-tyrosine for cognitive support and focus, and natural caffeine sourced from green coffee bean extract. The formula contains no artificial colours or flavours and is available in Peach Mango and Sour Watermelon.
L-citrulline at 4g is within the dose range investigated in research for improvements in blood flow, oxygen delivery and repeat sprint performance. Beta-alanine at 3.2g supports carnosine synthesis in muscle, helping maintain performance across longer sets and extended sessions. L-tyrosine is a precursor to dopamine and noradrenaline, neurotransmitters involved in motivation, focus and stress resilience. Green coffee bean extract provides a smoother caffeine profile compared to synthetic anhydrous caffeine.
