Bucked Up LFG Burn is a thermogenic fat metabolism supplement formulated with three key trademarked ingredients: Nitrosigine for cardiovascular support and blood flow, Mitoburn (L-BAIBA) for metabolic enhancement, and Paradoxine grains of paradise extract for thermogenesis. The formula is GMP certified, keto and paleo friendly, low in sugar and available in four flavours including Berry, Lava Flow, Razzle Dazzle and Tropical.
Nitrosigine is a patented complex of inositol-stabilised arginine silicate that has been studied for its ability to increase nitric oxide levels and improve blood flow, supporting nutrient and oxygen delivery during training. Mitoburn (L-BAIBA) is a naturally occurring metabolite associated with exercise that activates brown adipose tissue and supports metabolic rate. Paradoxine is a standardised extract from grains of paradise that has been investigated for its thermogenic effects on brown adipose tissue activity.
LFG Burn is designed for use before training to support both metabolic function and physical performance. It can be taken 20–30 minutes before exercise. How To Use Whey Protein
The Classic Peanut Butter Banana Protein Smoothie
Prep time: 2 minutes | Servings: 1
Ingredients
- 1 scoop (approx. 30g) vanilla or chocolate whey protein powder
- 1 medium banana (frozen is best for a creamy texture!)
- 1 tbsp peanut butter (or almond butter)
- 1 cup (240ml) milk of your choice (dairy, almond, or oat work great)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- Optional: A dash of cinnamon or a handful of spinach (you won't even taste the greens!)
Instructions
- Add the liquids first: Pour your milk into the blender. Adding liquid first prevents the protein powder from getting stuck to the bottom of the blender jug.
- Add the rest: Drop in the whey protein powder, frozen banana, peanut butter, and ice.
- Blend: Blend on high for 30 to 45 seconds until completely smooth and creamy.
- Serve: Pour into a tall glass and enjoy immediately.
