Each serve provides 27g of slow-release casein protein, making it ideal for nighttime recovery or extended periods between meals.
Casein protein forms a gel-like substance in the stomach, resulting in a slower, more sustained release of amino acids compared to whey protein. This sustained delivery makes casein well suited to situations where protein is needed over an extended period — most commonly before sleep, when muscle protein breakdown would otherwise go unsupported for 7–9 hours. Each serve also provides 7g of glutamine to support gut health and immune function, and 7g of BCAAs to further support muscle protein synthesis.
The custard-style texture makes this protein more like a dessert than a traditional shake, making it easier to include as part of a consistent supplement routine. MCT oil is also included per serve to support healthy fat intake. Suitable for post-workout recovery, nighttime use or as a satiating between-meal option.
