Mad Science Mad Pumps is a stimulant-free, caffeine-free pump pre-workout formulated with magnesium, alpha GPC and L-citrulline to support blood flow, muscle fullness and cognitive focus without the use of stimulants. Zero crash, low in sugar and carbohydrates. Available in Blackcurrant, Pine Lime and Razzberry. Mad Pumps can be used as a standalone pre-workout or stacked with the Mad Science stimulant pre-workout for a combined training effect.

L-citrulline supports the conversion of L-arginine to nitric oxide in the vascular endothelium, resulting in vasodilation and increased blood flow to working muscles. This contributes to improved muscle fullness (the 'pump' sensation), better nutrient and oxygen delivery, and enhanced muscular endurance. Magnesium supports muscle contractility and relaxation, while alpha GPC provides cognitive support and may enhance the neuromuscular connection during lifting.

Mad Pumps is suitable for all training sessions, including evening workouts where caffeine may interfere with sleep. Mix one serve in 400ml of cold water and consume 20–30 minutes before training. It is compatible with all other Mad Science products and standard pre-workout stacks.
