L-citrulline is converted to L-arginine in the kidneys and then to nitric oxide in the vasculature, supporting blood vessel dilation and increased muscular blood flow. Beta-alanine increases skeletal muscle carnosine content over time, improving the muscle's capacity to buffer the reduction in pH associated with high-intensity exercise. Taurine supports cellular hydration, antioxidant defence and cardiovascular function. Together with caffeine, these ingredients address energy, blood flow, endurance and focus.
Power Perform is available in a range of flavours and mixes cleanly in cold water. Take one serve 20–30 minutes before training.
